Carbon removal with documented provenance
BionerG, UCF’s biochar operation partner, keeps the records institutions need: sensor data from every burn, accredited operators, and named partners behind every claim.
Buy carbon removal
Kilns have been sensor-instrumented since 2023 and production is run by an accredited refugee team. Credits are issued through EcoTradeZone, our UK partners’ pathway atC-Go.com. Every batch is documented from burn to application and can be bought, traded or retired by individuals, companies and institutions.
Fund the infrastructure
Fund a specific project: a kiln, a water plant, or a round of the seed bank. Each has a budget, a named lead, and reported results. Foundation and DAF-compatible giving is in progress via fiscal sponsorship; direct project funding is possible today. Buying Nakivale carbon removals through EcoTradeZone directly supports the production team and the running of the water treatment plant.
Research with us
UCF collects field data that is rare in a settlement context: six-monthly health surveys, kiln telemetry, and yield data from biochar-amended fields. The research team includes public health and disease specialists.
